Artur Express Company Driver Salary
Company drivers have a lot of options when it comes to routes. Their pay scale is based on your performance and your route.
According to Indeed.com, drivers earn an average of $82,955 per year.
Performance-Based Pay
What does performance-based pay mean? At Artur, you earn points that will bump you up to the next level. In total, there are three levels:
- Basic (0-80 points)
- Pro (81-95 points)
- Expert (96-100+ points)
According to the company, all solo drivers will start at the Pro level and all teams will begin at the Expert level.
Points are earned through:
- Experience. The more experience you have, the more points you have.
- Safety. No accidents and no violations.
- On-time performance. Be on time, be in communication with dispatch and manage your HOS.
- Practice good habits, like gentle braking, cruise control, low idle and smooth throttle.
- Use technology. That includes using a dashcam, BOL scanning, e-logs and mobile dispatch.
- Drive. The more miles you run, the more pay and more points you earn.
- Stick around. Drivers are rewarded for their loyalty.
Pay classes are reviewed quarterly, so drivers have the opportunity to get a raise four times a year.
