Arka Express Reviews – What are Drivers Saying?
Arka receives high marks from its employees. Drivers say the pay is great and that dispatch is relatively easy to work with. The biggest complaint from drivers is that dispatch is located overseas, so communication can be difficult if there is a language barrier. Arka also fails to offer company match on your 401(k), which is a turnoff for some drivers.
Some owner operators complain that they don’t receive many miles from the company. These are all common complaints from drivers in the trucking industry.
Overall, Arka Express is well-rated by employees and most drivers enjoy working for them.
