Western Reefer

  • OTR position that runs the 48 continental states.
  • Drivers average 2,600-2,800 miles per week.
  • More than 70% of runs are west of Ohio. Home time every 2-3 weeks.

This position offers a starting pay range of $0.41-$0.48 per mile, with $0.10 per mile per diem. Pay increases as you gain experience.

  • Students: $0.38 cpm
  • 1-5 months: $0.41 cpm
  • 6-11 months: $0.43 cpm

  • Drivers average 2,600-2,800 miles per week for Southern and 2,100-2,200 miles per week for Midwest.

Fort Dodge, IA Short-Haul

  • Local driving – within a 250-mile radius of Fort Dodge
  • Daily and weekend home time

This position offers a starting pay range of $0.41 per mile, with no per diem. Pay increases as you gain experience.

  • 1-year minimum driving experience required.
  • Annual pay raises.
  • $0.01 cpm increase after the first 90 days of employment.
  • Drivers hauling HazMat loads will be paid an additional $85 per load.

Teams

Team positions offer a base pay of $0.50 cpm. Pay scales depending on miles driven.

  • $0.52 cpm: 12-14,000 miles per month; $0.26 cpm per driver with $0.05 per diem
  • $0.54 cpm: 14-16,000 miles per month; $0.27 cpm per driver with $0.05 per diem
  • $0.56 cpm: 16-18,000 miles per month; $0.28 cpm per driver with $0.05 per diem
