Millis Transfer offers a pay scale chart that offers pay for drivers with no experience and then pay based on experience at hire date that goes up $0.01 cent for each year driving with the company over a 5-year period.

- $0.42 cpm with no experience, $0.43 after working for the company for a year with the rate going up $0.01 per year up to 10 years when the driver will earn $0.52 cpm.
