What Drivers Have to Say About TNi Trucking
Reviews from truckers who either worked for the company or still do are primarily positive. There’s a lot of praise for:
- Trucking being exceptionally well-maintained and in good condition
- Management is very understanding with emergencies and other issues
- Truckers have the freedom to choose to fuel up wherever is most convenient
- Pay is always accurate, and the company is very honest
- TNi doesn’t rush you when hauling loads or bother you for no reason
- Mileage is good and you’re offered ample home time
Of course, there are a few things that drivers mention that you need to consider before applying. First, the loads are dispatched by a third party, which shouldn’t impact your day, but it does add an extra layer of complexity if something happens.
Internal communication and management are top-notch, but the third-party companies are difficult to deal with because they like to push accountability back to TNi.
Teams do get priority with loads because they have the ability to stop less often, leading to loads being delivered faster.
TNi Trucking offers decent pay, a great work environment and some of the best trucks in the industry in their fleet.
