LTI Trucking’s annual average salary is $73,150, with drivers earning between $58,000 and $84,000, depending on experience, tenure and routes. Top-paying driving positions at the company pay:

  • $0.60 CPM base pay
  • $0.11 CPM in Safety and Productivity pay

If you’re hauling shorter loads, LTI will add $0.10 per mile to your pay to make sure you’re earning enough money each week.

As one of the trucking companies that allow passengers, you’re allowed to bring a friend along for the ride, including:

  • Friends
  • Spouses
  • Pets

Drivers can run the miles to meet their financial goals. Plenty of freight is available and you can stay close to home, too. Quality, well-maintained vehicles are provided, and you’ll also receive top-tier benefits:

  • Health insurance
  • Vision
  • Dental
  • 401(k) + company match

Many drivers will receive an additional $2,000 to $3,000 in bonuses per year.

Drivers do have one complaint: a lot of short runs. If you live in certain regions, you’ll deal with more short runs than normal, but you are compensated an additional $0.10 per mile for these hauls.

Local Driver Positions

Along with OTR and regional positions, LTI also hires drivers for local spotter positions. Drivers must be located in the St. Louis area and will be paid hourly.

Spotters move trailers for a dedicated customer at their manufacturing facility.

Pay for this position is:

  • $16/hour
  • +$2.50 for safety bonuses

Spotters are paid weekly and get home every night. Because shuttle fleets are available 24/7, drivers can choose their preferred shift – days or nights.

Along with hourly pay, drivers also receive excellent benefits that include:

  • Health insurance
  • Dental and vision benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match

Drivers have the benefit of having LTI staff and managers on-site at facilities to provide support when needed.

LTI Owner Operators

LTI also works with owner-operators and even fleet owners. The company will install Samsara devices in your trucks and even allow you to use their trailers – all for free.

Fleet owners can contract their entire fleet on while still maintaining ownership of their trucks.

LTI offers:

  • Fuel discounts that average $0.90 per gallon, or about $14,000 per year.
  • Samsara installed at no additional charge
  • No equipment fees for using their trailers or Qualcomm

Plus, miles and loads are sent over by the Fleet Manager, so there’s no need to use load boards.

LTI Trucking Lease Purchase Program

LTI’s ValueLease program aims to offer the best terms in the industry. The company offers lease options:

  • For Trucks manufactured between 2017 and 2023
  • With Terms of 1.5 – 6 years
